Terms and Conditions

General

1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this

promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The promoter is Link Foods Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 32 081 070 368, of Level 1, Suite 1.02, 2 Banfield Road,

Macquarie Park NSW 2113, Australia (“Promoter”).

Eligibility

3. Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand (“NZ”) residents aged eighteen (18) years or over.

4. NZ residents must have a current valid passport to accept the Major Prize as defined below. The Promoter

reserves the right to request and sight a NZ resident’s current valid passport before awarding the Major

Prize.

5. Employees (and their Immediate Family) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are

ineligible to enter.

Promotional Period

6. The promotion commences at 12:01am AEDT on 12 January 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 28 April

2026 (“Promotional Period”).

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

Contestant means a Drawn Participant who elects to participate in the Game for a chance to win the Major

Prize, as per clause 9.

Drawn Participant means a Participant whose entry is drawn in the Major Prize Draw, as per clause 9.

Immediate Family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether

natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother,

sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

Major Prize Draw has the meaning in clause 8.

Participant means any eligible individual who submits a valid entry during the Promotional Period.

Winner means a Contestant who wins the Major Prize or a Drawn Participant who elects to receive the Cash

Prize.

How to Enter:

1. To enter, individuals must:

i. Purchase a specially marked Jack Link’s product during the Promotional Period; and

ii. Follow the instructions on the promotional packaging; and

iii. After purchase, individuals must scan QR code from the promotional packaging or visit

http:///www.jacklinks.com.au/wtfpromo; and

iv. Follow the prompts to input requested details including the unique code (found within the

specially marked product packaging), along with their personal details (Full name, Email

Address, Age, Phone number, Postcode, store of purchase); and

v. Guess the mystery flavour; and

vi. Submit a fully completed entry during the Promotional Period to be deemed valid.

2. A maximum of ten (10) entries per person per day is accepted and permitted. Up to five thousand (5,000)

unique codes will also be shared via influencer and social network, enabling entry without purchase.

3. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid, at the Promoter’s discretion.

Verification

4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Participants (including a

Participant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify

any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions,

tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to

jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the

Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute awaiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an

offender are reserved.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of a Participant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to

determine the identity of the Participant. The Promoter may request supporting documentation such as a

Participant’s Australian or NZ valid Drivers License.

For entries with purchase, the Participant must retain original qualifying purchase barcode/s as proof of

purchase for all entries. If a Participant is selected as a Drawn Participant and cannot produce proof of

purchase for the entry drawn, the Promoter may, at its discretion, disqualify all entries submitted by that

Participant. Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided on the entry.

7. If, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion based on the available information, you have shared any proof of

purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid, and you will lose any right to a prize.

Major Prize Draw

8. All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be placed into a Major Prize Draw (“Draw’) held

at the Promotional Partners office at MDSA, Level 16, 1 Denison Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 on 30

April 2026, at 10:00am (AEST).

9. The first three (3) eligible entries drawn, in the Draw will be deemed Drawn Participants. Each Drawn

Participant will have the opportunity to:

a. Accept a $5,000 AUD cash prize; or

b. Elect to participate in the Million Dollar WTF Game (“the Game”) for a chance to win $1,000,000.00

AUD (“Major Prize”).

A Drawn Participant who chooses to participate in the Game becomes a “Contestant”

10. The three (3) Drawn Participants will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the outcome of the

draw and their first initial, surname and postcode will be published at www.jacklinks.com.au/wtfpromo from 4

May 2026 for at least thirty (30) days – each Major Prize must be accepted by 5:00pm (AEST) on 11 May

2026.

11. If a Major Prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise by 11 May 2025, the

Promoter will conduct a further Draw, as required, at the same time and place as the original Draw on 12

May 2026.

12. The new Drawn Participants, if any, will be notified by phone and in writing. Their first initial, surname and

postcode will be published at www.jacklinks.com.au/wtfpromo from 14 May 2026, for a minimum of 30 days.

13. The new Drawn Participants will have the same opportunities as outlined in clause 9.

14. If a Contestant is unable to attend the Game, they may appoint a proxy aged eighteen (18) years and above

to participate in the Game on their behalf. A signed written notice must be provided to the Promoter no later

than 18 May 2026. If the Contestant is unable to appoint a proxy, a representative will be appointed by the

Promoter to participate in the Game on the winner’s behalf

Prize Details

15.14. If a Drawn Participant chooses to take the $5,000 AUD Cash Prize (“Cash Prize”), instead of playing the

Game, the Cash Prize will be transferred to their nominated bank account within thirty (30) business days.

16.15.If the Drawn Participant chooses to play the Game, it will take place on either 30 May 2026 - 31 May

2026 in Casino, NSW Australia, as determined by the Promoter and published online at

www.jacklinks.com.au/wtfpromo by 8 May 2026.

17.16.Contestants residing outside a 200km radius of Casino, NSW will receive:

a.Two (2) return economy airfares from their nearest capital city in Australia or New Zealand to

Ballina Byron Gateway Airport (flight associated taxes are included); and

b.Two (2) nights twin share accommodation at a minimum 3 star hotel determined by the Promoter;

and

c.Return airport transfers;

All valued at up to $5,000 AUD depending on point of departure (“Travel Prize”).18.17. Contestants (who have won the Travel Prize) and their companion must depart from and return to the

same departure point and travel together, and may be required to present their credit card at time of

accommodation check in.

19.18. Changes to travel dates and/or accommodation after booking confirmation are not permitted.

20.19. The Promoter takes no responsibility for missed connections, flights and mishaps while undertaking the

prize, lost baggage or person or property mishaps. All travel will be booked by the agency specified by the

Promoter and is subject to availability.

21.20. If the Drawn Participant resides within a 200km radius of Casino NSW, and elects to participate in the

Game, they will be responsible for transport to and from the Game, accommodation, and will forfeit the

Travel Prize. No compensation will be paid or given in lieu.

22.21. Except as detailed in these Terms and Conditions, the Travel Prize excludes spending money, meals,

taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, transport to and from the departure point, transfers,

items of a personal nature (including but not limited to in-room charges) and all other ancillary costs. Where

applicable, any travel or entry documentation and arrival fees are the responsibility of the winner and their

travel companion. It is the winner’s responsibility to check with all government travel advisory and

immigration authorities regarding travel requirements and eligibility. Any fines, penalties, payments and

expenditure incurred as a result of not meeting such requirements are the sole responsibility of the winner

and their guest. If for any reason the winner is unable to accept the Prize as stated, and/or within the date

indicated, the winner will forfeit that Prize and no compensation will be given in lieu.

23.22. In the event that the Promoter has not been able to contact the Contestant before the start of the Game,

a representative of the Promoter will play the Game on the Contestant’s behalf.

The Game

24.23. The specific mechanics of the Game will be revealed to the Contestants by 18 May 2026. While the

exact details will be revealed closer to the event date, the Game will be conducted in a fair and transparent

manner, ensuring all Contestants have an equal opportunity to win.

25.24. If more than one Contestant chooses to participate in the Game, the order of play will be determined by

the order in which they were drawn. The first Drawn Participant will play first, the second Drawn Participant

will play second, and the third Drawn Participant will play third.

26.25. The odds of winning the $1,000,000.00 AUD prize during the Game are 1 in 100. The odds of being

drawn as a Drawn Participant may be significantly higher than the odds of the Contestant winning the Major

Prize and will depend on the total number of valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

27.26. The total prize pool value is up to $1,030,000.00 AUD (Major Prize, Cash Prize and Travel Prize).

28.27. If for any reason a Contestant of the Game does not redeem their Major Prize (or any component of the

prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, that prize (or component) will be deemed forfeited. No

compensation will be provided in lieu of any forfeiter prize or prize element.

General

29.28. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as

cash, unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.

30.29. By entering this promotion, Drawn Participants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness,

image and/or voice (including photographs, film and/or recordings) in any media for an unlimited period

without remuneration, for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including its outcome), and prom oting

any products manufactured, distributed or supplied by the Promoter.

31.30. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably

anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to

technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion,

to the fullest extent permitted by law:

a. to disqualify any Participant; or

b. subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel

the promotion, as appropriate.

32.31. 33.32. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website are the responsibility of the Participant and

depend on the Internet service provider used.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or

modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth),as well as any other similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-

Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-

Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its directors, respective officers, employees and agents)

excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of

opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

34.33. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the

Promoter (including its directors, respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and

excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of

opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

a. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);

b. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;

c. any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their

receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;

d. e. any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or

participation in or use of a prize.

35.34. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner may be required to sign legal documentation in the

form required by the Promoter in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and

indemnity.

36.35. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and/or proof of purchase.

Failure to produce proof of identity and/or proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion

of the Promoter, result in invalidation of all of a Participant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.

37.36. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this

purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service pro viders,

prize suppliers (including Jack Link’s) and, where required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is

conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy,

which can be viewed at https://www.jacklinks.com.au/privacy-statement. In addition to any use that may be

outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise

advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending

electronic messages or telephoning the Participant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how

Particpants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how Participants may complain about a breach

of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with.

All entries become the property of the Promoter.

38.37. Unless specified otherwise, the Promoter may disclose Participant’s personal information to any entity

outside of Australia.

39.38. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the relevant state/territory jurisdiction in

Australia. Each Participant submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant

state/territory jurisdiction, Australia.

40.39. Authorised under NSW Permit No. NTP/14254, ACT Permit No. XXXXXXXX & SA Licence
